Delete Your Nomfly Account

You can delete your Nomfly account and associated app data directly in the app, or request deletion by contacting Nomfly Support from the email address on your account.
Delete In The App
iPhone: open Nomfly, then go to Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete Account.
Android: open Nomfly, then go to Profile > Privacy & Data > Delete Account.
Request Deletion By Email
If you cannot access the app, email Nomfly Support from the email address on your Nomfly account and include "Delete my Nomfly account" in the subject line.
What Gets Deleted
- Your Nomfly account profile, including email-linked account records and display name.
- Your taste profile, dietary restrictions, cuisine preferences, spice tolerance, and AI Data Sharing setting.
- Your saved recipes, collections, recipe ratings, decision history, meal plans, grocery lists, pantry items, ingredients, and nutrition logs.
- Support tickets and screenshots associated with your account, unless retention is required for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Nomfly account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions from the store account where you purchased Nomfly Pro.
Retention
We may retain limited records where required for legal, billing, fraud prevention, security, or compliance reasons. Otherwise, account data associated with your Nomfly account is deleted after a verified deletion request.
