8. Website Analytics and Cookies
Nomfly uses Google Analytics on allowlisted public website pages at nomfly.com and www.nomfly.com as disclosed in this policy. For visitors whom Google's regional controls identify as being in the EEA, United Kingdom and certain related territories, Switzerland, Canada, or covered EU territories, analytics storage is set to denied: Google Analytics does not read or write analytics cookies and instead receives cookieless measurements that it may use for aggregate measurement and modeling. Elsewhere, Analytics may create first-party _ga cookies containing pseudonymous client and session identifiers; these cookies are configured to expire after no more than 90 days and are not renewed on later visits. You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Nomfly does not load Google Analytics when the browser sends a supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, and a browser-level analytics opt-out saved by an earlier website version remains honored. Advertising storage, Google Signals, ad personalization, and cross-site advertising use are disabled everywhere.
To reduce collection, Nomfly's custom analytics sends only allowlisted website page groups and click categories. The Google tag is not loaded on arbitrary 404 routes or app deep-link routes, so recipe, decision, share, and visitor-supplied page query identifiers are not sent to Google Analytics.
9. Children's Privacy
Nomfly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at support@nomfly.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
